By accessing the Aetheris blueprint marketplace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Blueprint Licensing
Each blueprint grants you a single-license right to implement the framework for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense blueprint content. Enterprise licensing is available — book an Enterprise License here ($50/month, includes resale rights and a verified badge).
Purchases & Delivery
Upon purchase, you submit a Strategic Briefing. Your custom implementation path is delivered to your dashboard and email within 24 hours. Order IDs are generated for every transaction.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days if the blueprint has not been downloaded or does not match its described outcomes. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Blueprint Data Ownership & Enterprise License
All blueprint data and information is the official property of BlueprintExists. You may not sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit blueprint content without an active Enterprise License ($50/month). During Global Blueprint Fuel Day, free blueprints are licensed for personal and organizational implementation only — not for resale or commercial distribution. Violation may result in significant legal action.
Intellectual Property
All blueprint content, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of BlueprintExists. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Aetheris provides blueprints as implementation frameworks. Outcomes depend on your execution. We are not liable for results achieved through implementation of our blueprints.
