We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the blueprint has not been downloaded, or if the blueprint does not match its described outcomes, difficulty, or requirements.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a support ticket through our Contact page with your Order ID and the reason for your refund request. Our team processes refunds within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for blueprints that have been fully downloaded and accessed, or for purchases made beyond the 14-day window. Custom-tailored implementation paths that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Donations
Donations to Raza Industries are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, as they directly fund the Global Blueprint Day initiative.
